The purpose of this One Hundred and Twenty Eighth Report of the Monitor (“Report”) is to report to this Court on the Monitor and Canadian Debtors’ motion seeking approval of a procedure to resolve the claims of 110 former employees of the Canadian Debtors (the “Calgary Former Employees”), including as against Mike Zafirovski, Harry Pearce, Manfred Bischoff, James B. Hunt Jr., Kristina Johnson, John P. Manley, Richard David McCormick, Claude Mongeau, John A. MacNaughton, Jalynn H. Bennett and David Richardson (collectively, the “Directors”)
