The purpose of this fourteenth report of the Monitor (the “Fourteenth Report”) is to provide information to this Court with respect to: i) the status of the CCAA Proceeding; ii) the actual receipts and disbursements of the Applicant from March 6, 2023 to September 3, 2023 (the “Reporting Period”); iii) the Applicant’s updated cash flow forecast for the period from September 4, 2023 to March 31, 2024; and iv) the Applicant’s request for an order that the stay of proceedings be extended up to and including March 29, 2024 (the “Extension Motion”)
