Order of Mr. Justice Bowden This Court orders and declares that: 1. the stay of proceedings is extended to July 14, 2017; 2. the directors and any other person purporting to exercise governance or control over the Companies are restrained from resolving to or otherwise causing the Companies, or any of them, from making voluntary assignments into bankruptcy; 3. The Application for an order directing any person who has control over the Companies’ email accounts to forthwith provide full access and control to such email accounts to the Monitor is adjourned sine die; 4. the Monitor is hereby authorized and directed to respond to and comply with Canada Revenue Agency’s Request for Information dated May 18, 2017; 5. the New Monitor’s Charge granted by Order in these proceedings on April 6, 2017 is hereby increased from $250,000 to $550,000; and 6. Sandeep Panesar shall forthwith provide to the Monitor details of the transaction surrounding the acquisition of TNW Networks Inc. by United American Corp (United Corp) including copies of all agreements related to or in anyway connected to such acquisition
