The purpose of this One Hundred and Fourteenth Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred and Fourteenth Report”) is to report to this Court on the following matters: a) consolidated cash position and liquidity of the Applicants as at February 21, 2015; b) actual receipts and disbursements of the Applicants from September 14, 2014 to February 21, 2015; c) cash flow forecast of the Applicants for the period February 22, 2015 to October 3, 2015; d) status of the Applicants’ claims process; e) status of the Applicants’ Compensation Claims Process; f) information in support of the motion for an Order permitting the Monitor to review and adjudicate certain Compensation Claims in respect of which Form C Proofs of Claim were received after the relevant bar date; g) status of the Health and Welfare Trust (the “HWT”); h) status of the Employee Hardship Application Process and Fund and to provide information to the Court in support of a request to amend the Eligibility Requirements and Procedure with Respect to Hardship Payment Applications, including an increase to the monetary caps, and to extend the Hardship Application Process through the stay extension period; i) status of allocation and related claim matters under the Allocation Protocol approved by this Court and the U.S. Court on April 3, 2013 (the “Allocation Protocol” and all litigation and claims subject thereto, the “Allocation Protocol Litigation”); j) various other ongoing matters relevant to the CCAA proceedings; k) status of foreign proceedings; and l) request for an order that the stay of proceedings be extended up to and including October 2, 2015
