The purpose of this fourth report (the “Fourth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with: a) condensed background information potentially relevant to the matters before the Court at the hearing on February 8, 2017; b) an update on the Monitor’s activities since it filed its Third Report; c) an update on the matters contained in the Third Report; d) comments on certain aspects of the February 3rd Notice of Application; e) the Monitor’s revised cash flow forecast for the period January 30, 2017 through to March 31, 2017 (the “Revised Extended Stay Forecast”); f) engagement letters for the Solicitation Process and refinancing efforts; g) additional observations with respect to TNW Networks Corp. and its role in these proceedings and the Solicitation Plan; and h) the Monitor’s conclusions and recommendations
