The purpose of this report (the “Fourteenth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with information pertaining to, inter alia: a) the activities of the Monitor leading up to the closing (the “Closing”) of the transaction (the “Transaction”) in respect of the Required Purchased Assets (term defined in the Twelfth Report) pursuant to the Revised Distributel APA; b) the Disputed Claims Process and the proofs of claim, or purported proofs of claim, filed by Teliphone Corp., and TNW Networks pursuant to paragraphs 12 of the Vesting Order; and the Monitor’s response thereto; and c) the Monitor’s recommendations
