The purpose of this Ninety-Fourth report of the Monitor (the "Ninety-Fourth Report") is to report to this Court on the following matters: a) consolidated cash position and liquidity of the Applicants as at April 13, 2013; b) actual receipts and disbursements of the Applicants from January 13, 2013 to April 13, 2013; c) cash flow forecast of the Applicants for the period April 14, 2013 to March 1, 2014; d) status of the Applicants' claims process and cross-border claims matters; e) the Monitor's motion with respect to a proposed tolling order relating to certain filed claims; f) consolidated Canadian entities' net intercompany position by region; g) status of the Compensation Claims Process; h) status of the Health and Welfare Trust ("HWT"); i) status of the Termination Fund; j) status of the Employee Hardship Application Process and Fund and provide information to the Court in support of the Applicants' motion with respect to a request for amendments to the eligibility criteria, an increase in the hardship fund by CAD 200,000 and to extend the Hardship Application Process through the stay extension period; k) status of allocation and related claim matters; l) termination of share register and transfer agent services; m) other matters; n) status of foreign proceedings; and o) the Applicants' request for an order that the stay of proceedings be extended up to and including February 28, 2014
