The purpose of this One Hundred and Eleventh Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred and Eleventh Report”) is to provide this Court with information regarding the Monitor and Canadian Debtors’ motion seeking: a) approval of an asset sale agreement dated December 16, 2014, amongst NNL and NNTC, as seller (the “Seller”, (a/k/a Zhejiang Tmall Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Purchaser”), and (a/k/a Alibaba Cloud Computing Limited) (the “Designated Recipient” and, collectively with the Purchaser, “Alibaba” and with the Seller, the “Parties”), in respect of the sale of the Seller’s rights in a certain number IP Addresses (the “Sale Agreement”); and b) a sealing order in respect of the confidential appendices to this One Hundred and Eleventh Report, and to provide the Monitor’s support in respect thereof
