The purpose of this One Hundred and Forty Ninth Report of the Monitor (the “One Hundred and Forty Ninth Report”) is to provide this Court and stakeholders with information regarding the Monitor and Canadian Debtors’ motions seeking approval of: a) the Belleville Property Settlement Agreement (MECP) dated October 10, 2018, among Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as Represented by the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (“MECP”), NNL and the Monitor (the “MECP Belleville Settlement”); and b) the Brockville Property Settlement Agreement dated April 2, 2018, among SCI Brockville Corporation, Sanmina Corporation, NNL and the Monitor, as amended by an Amendment to Brockville Property Settlement Agreement dated October 11, 2018 (the “Brockville Settlement”)
