The purpose of this twelfth report (the “Twelfth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with information pertaining to, inter alia: a) issues identified with the organizational chart relied upon by the Monitor and other key stakeholders in these proceedings; b) the events that lead up to the Enhanced Monitor Powers Order; c) Teliphone Corp. engagement in these proceedings; d) the TNW Network assets and other customer accounts; e) the Monitor’s commentary on the Disputed Assets (defined below); f) the RuralCom licenses; g) the Revised Distributel APA (defined below); h) alternatives to the revised Distributel APA; i) staffing agreement with ITTC; j) the conduct of the Monitor in these proceedings; and k) the Monitor’s recommendations
