The purpose of this Sixty-Eighth Report of the Monitor (“Sixty-Eighth Report”) is to update this Honourable Court in respect of: (a) certain relief being sought by the Applicants with respect to Nortel Networks de Colombia S.A. (“Nortel Colombia”) and its status in connection with the escrow agreement established to hold the sale proceeds of the Metro Ethernet Networks (“MEN”) transaction; and (b) the settlement of certain matters among Nortel Networks Israel (Sales and Marketing) Limited, Nortel Communications Holdings (1997) Ltd.(collectively, “Nortel Israel”), NNI and NNUK as well as NNL’s limited participation in ancillary matters related to the settlement, and to provide the Monitor’s recommendations in respect thereof
