The purpose of this third report (the “Third Report”) of the Monitor is to provide updated information to the Supreme Court of British Columbia pertaining to the remainder of the Secured Creditor Application, including, inter alia: a. condensed background information; b. updates on dealings with certain landlords; c. difficulties that have been encountered by the Monitor in gaining adequate access to information and personnel; and d. the Monitor’s conclusions
