The purpose of this supplement to the tenth report of the Monitor (the "Tenth Supplemental Report") is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with information pertaining to, inter alia: a) the Telus Disconnection Notice (as defined below) and relief requested by the Monitor in respect of this notice, including information pertaining to the funding of continued services, b) the Monitor's communication with the CRTC (as defined below), and c) responses to certain inquiries made of the Monitor by Telus by way of correspondence dated August 4, 2017 (the "Telus Inquiries Letter")
