The purpose of this eighth report of the Monitor (the “Eighth Report”) is to provide information to this Court with respect to: i) the status of the CCAA Proceeding; ii) the actual receipts and disbursements of the Applicant from March 8, 2021 to September 5, 2021; iii) the Applicant’s updated cash flow forecast for the period from September 6, 2021 to April 3, 2022; and iv) the Applicant’s request for an order that the stay of proceedings be extended up to and including March 31, 2022
