The Avila Foundation et al. bearing Court File No. CV-17-147 ('"Lien Action") and commenced in Thunder Bay, as an added party, and that Zurich shall be entitled to advance the defences, set-offs, and counterclaims of Bondfield Construction Company Limited ("Bondfield")
