The purpose of this report (the “Fifteenth Report”) is to provide the Supreme Court of British Columbia with information pertaining to, inter alia: a) financial considerations regarding the Disputed Assets and impact on creditor recovery; b) a second vesting order (the “Second Vesting Order") that will be sought by the Monitor in regard to certain Optional Purchased Assets; c) the fees payable to the Monitor with respect to the Solicitation Process; d) the recent actions of ITTC in regard to a staffing agreement with TNW Networks and the Monitor’s request for advice and directions thereto; and e) the Monitor’s conclusions and recommendations
